The faces behind Climate Connect

Our team is the heart of Climate Connect - a super committed group of people working together towards a climate-friendly future. Since our three founders Chris Tobi and Thomas established the project, our team has been growing steadily. With Sophia, who joined full-time in August 2024, as well as our talented climate networkers in every ClimateHub, developers Dip, Fateme and Karol and many other supporters, our vision is coming to life!
In total, around 100 people have been directly involved in Climate Connect so far - each one an important piece of the puzzle

Our tasks range from networking and event organization to creative minds in marketing and design to technical development and programming. What unites us all is the unshakeable belief that we can only overcome the climate crisis together. Behind Climate Connect are not just ideas, but real people with passion and drive.
